Helping Families in Need

The Punjab team of Mehboob, Adnan, and Irfan have been busy delivering food to those who are without work because of lockdowns related to COVID.

These Christians are classified as "day-laborers". That means they work for a day, often in fields, factories, or as housekeepers. At the end of the day, they get paid, hoping to find work the next day as well. When their jobs are closed down, they quickly run out of food to feed their families. Some have been without work for several weeks already and they need support and encouragement.

All the families who receive food express great appreciation to God and to Reach the Nations for helping them get through this desperate time.

"Though the Lord is exalted, he looks kindly on the lowly; though lofty, he sees them from afar. Though I walk in the midst of trouble, you preserve my life." - Psalm 138:6-7a
