A Sindh Overview

Over the past two months, Shakeel has made numerous visits to villages and towns near his home base of Kotri where he is establishing a church. Wherever he goes, he shares the message of the Gospel and preaches and teaches from God's Word. This summary will give you a glimpse of the outreach of Reach the Nations in this region of the Province of Sindh in the past two months.

Kumb

In Kumb Shakeel preached about Jesus being the light of the world and his promise that we no longer have to walk in darkness.

On another occasion in Kumb, he taught from 1 Corinthians 6 about the kind of people who will not inherit the Kingdom of God.

Korki

In Korki, Shakeel presented important teaching about the blood of Christ that cleanses us from sin.

On another visit there he taught about Jesus being the light of the world.

Setharja

A worship service was held in Setharja during which Shakeel encouraged people to ask for God's blessing on themselves and their work.

Pir Bhudro

This is the first time Shakeel paid a ministry visit to Pir Bhudro. He reports that hearing God's Word was new to the people here, but they received it gladly and were blessed. As he has opportunity, Shakeel will follow up on this visit to continue the teaching that he has now begun.

Kotri

Kotri is a large city where Shakeel is focusing most of his time as he encourages spiritual growth in this small, but expanding, congregation. On this occasion, he preached about the parable of the Sower and the Soils from Mark 4.

We are praying for fruit that will last, making an eternal difference in the lives of people in this region of Pakistan.
